For a two star it's fabulous, I stay here every year when I travel to Paris...there are lovely gardens accross the road. The Hop on Hop off bus stop is around the corner. Very short and scenic walk to Sacre Coeur... It's also worth the extra tarriff for the top floor rooms ( they are complete with spectacular views that makes you feel like your on the set of Baz Lurhmman's Moulin Rouge....good ammenitites, paticcerie, boloungerie, a bistro on the corner ...and hairdresser next door!! I love Paris.
