Though their was confusion with part of my lugauge upon my departure the hotel was in a good locatation if you are a shop acholic like me the eatries are in walking distance unless you like the high like of a driver, the satff were multilingual for those who cannot speak the native language. Though we did not eat at the hotel the room service did come in handy in the early hours. Points out of ten, well a well deserved 7 thank you normandy hotel and staff...

Hotel is completely central to everything in Paris. Room was comfortable and nice size. Very clean. The gourmet resturant in the hotel is among the best i have ever dined US or anywhere. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Extended my stay with no problems while i was stuck in Paris during the Sept 11th tradgedy. Made me feel very at home. I would absolutely recommend ...

Some rooms have no air conditioning and service in trying to get one was not very good. Inisist on ac if you are staying in the summer. Also the concierge desk is among the least helpful I have experienced. Breakfast was pretty good...
