Grand Hotel Francais is well-situated near Place de la Nation,
an active Parisien neighborhood that is away from the high prices
and heavy tourist traffic, yet a straight shot on the metro to major
sights. The management is affable, English-speaking and very helpful.
Rooms are small (typical of many Paris properties), but very well-kept.
Grand Hotel Francais is a great value. There is a great selection
of neighborhood brasseries, boulangeries, etc. that are very convenient
!
