Very selected and privileged residential area, the beautiful Esplanade
des Invalides precedes the glorious Hotel des Invalides where is Napoleon
Bonaparte's tomb placed on a lower level making visitors bow the Emperor
forever. Very close are the Seine River, the fashionable Saint Germain
des Pres area, the impressive Musee d'Orsay, and the National Assembly.

Apartment description
- Bright due to its west exposure, it has light yellow and white walls,
mostly white wood furniture, being divided into a living room, a bedroom,
separated kitchen, and bathroom.
- A sloping beamed wall is the particularity of the agreeable 18m2
living room fitted out with a double sofa bed, a round top glassed
coffee table set on an almond green area rug, a cane armchair, and
a round wooden dining table with four straw bottomed chairs. There
is also a TV set down on a wooden piece of furniture, a chest of drawers
a wooden bar with two stools, a mirror doors' closet placed just behind
the main door, lamps, and two double glazed windows garnished with
short curtains overlooking the street.
- At the bottom of the living room, to the right side the 12m2 bedroom
also has one beamed sloping wall, as well as the ceiling. It encloses
two single beds side by side (may be separated), a small built in
closet, a chest of drawers, recessed built in bookshelves, lamps,
a telephone, and a window protected by beige and white stripped curtains,
facing a wall, and overlooking gardens and roofs to the left side.
- Adjacent, with an access through the bedroom, the bathroom is all
white. There is a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower, a mirror above
and a cabinet below the oval white ceramic sink, toilet, and a swivel
large window with rolling blind.
- Close to the entrance the all white L-shaped kitchen has a parquet
floor, being quipped with two electric burners, a multifunction oven,
a small fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a compact
washing machine. A stainless steel sink is fitted on one of the worktops,
above and below the second one there are cupboards containing the
