One of the most time-honored places in the world, the Saint Germain des Pres area and its elegant, trendy streets known for the many stylish fashion shops, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants, pubs, and cinemas. Also, in the area there are many quality services such as the well-known daily Buci' open air market, bakeries with their delicious French baguettes, as well as supermarkets. It is also a short walking distance to the Seine River and the delightful Ile Saint Louis, and not far from the ravishing Luxembourg garden.

The closest metro station is Odeon (line 10 and 11).

- Charming three-bedroom apartment located in the smartest area of Paris, Saint Germain, rue Saint André des Arts between the Boulevard Saint Michel and the Rue de Seine.
- This recently renovated and well-placed apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained 17th century building. It has a security system and an elevator. This 110m2 Three bedroom Duplex apartment can accommodate 6 people to 8 people. The apartment has been completely redone and is very sunny.
- The entry hall leads to the kitchen (modern kitchen), to one bedroom and a bathroom on the left. The living room is at the end where you can have access to the upstairs with two other bedrooms and the second bathroom.
- The 35m2 living room has three windows facing the street. It has a balcony and black-out curtains. The room is furnished with a large and comfortable blue sofa, a wooden coffee table, a cable TV with VCR, a phone and a hi-fi stereo. There is also a wooden dining table painted white with four matching chairs, a large wooden bookcase and a few decorative pictures all around the room. It has a blue carpeted floor and white walls. It has a double bed, a wooden chest of drawers, a built-in closet, a table, a bedside table and a window. There is also a walk-in closet used as a laundry room where you will find a washer/dryer machine.
- The third bedroom is on the same floor and measures 12m2. It has two single beds that could convert to a Queen size bed, two bedside tables, a closet and a window. The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower, two washbasins with a mirror, a window and a WC. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. The separate kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, and blue cupboards that contain cooking utensils. The floor is white tiled and there is a window.
