- Appealing, very comfortable apartment, freshly and tastefully renovated
and decorated, located on the 4th French floor of a well maintained
Haussmanian building (from the end of the 19th century) having an
elevator. The building entrance, controlled by an intercom system,
is placed in a small private court having its own main door open from
Monday to Friday only, locked during the weekends.
- Bright, due to its south exposure, it faces the boulevard and the
courtyard, its total 55m2 surface is white painted, and a beige colored
carpet cover the entire floor except in the kitchen and bathroom.
Exceptionally equipped with air conditioning, it contains quality
modern furniture. The main door opens to a hall having a built-in
mahogany closet, a full-length mirror, and built-in spots. It leads
to the living room and kitchen at the left side and to the bedroom
and bathroom at the right side.
- Smart, the decoration on the spacious living room consists on an
Ivory double sofa bed and small tables on both sides, large square
wooden coffee table with matching chairs, and round old style designed
extensible wooden dining table with a sculpted leg. In addition there
is a large gild framed mirror, a cable TV on its black console, and
a hi-fi stereo.
- Open to the living room is the typically setup American kitchen
comprising a wooden bar with 2 high stools, and a large wooden countertop.
It is equipped with 4 vitro ceramic burners, a traditional electric
oven, a hood with exhaust fan, a fridge and freezer, and a washing-drying

each) with assorted cushions and bedside tables and lamps, a blue
wooden desk, a telephone-fax placed on a small table, and a window
with nice curtains. With an access through the bedroom is the all
tiled and pleasurably laid out bathroom having a 2 steps raised bathtub
with a wall mounted shower, a nice designed glass lavabo with a stainless
steel round sink, a large mirror above, mahogany cabinets below, and
a bidet. Contiguous there is an open dressing room with large mahogany
closets. Restroom is separated. All the necessary linen is provided.
- No Smoking nor pets allowed. There is an electric heating and water
heater. Electricity is included on weekly rentals only, otherwise,
to be paid according to usage. Telephone calls' access depends on
a telephone card (if requested an extra telephone set is available).
