Apartment description
- The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a small entry hall on the right hand-side of which is a small dressing and on the left-hand side a separate kitchen. The entry hall opens onto a 28m2 living room. The 15m2 is on the left-hand side of the living room with the bathroom and toilet and a mezzanine.
- The living room has two windows with black out drapes viewing the street. It is decorated with two sofas, a rug, a dining table with two chairs and a telephone, an antique chest of drawers with a lamp and a stereo. There are also diverse Asian decorative items all over the room.
- The bedroom has a window with curtains facing the courtyard and is furnished with two single beds put together, two bedside tables with lamps, a chair and on the mezzanine, a mattress and a TV.
- The kitchen is separate with red brick tiles on the floor and is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a small fridge, a stainless sink, and a toaster as well as all the necessary utensils.
- The bathroom is in the bedroom separated with a sliding door. It has red brick tiles on the floor and a shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and toilet. There is also a wardrobe section in the bathroom.
- On the same floor (but separated from the apartment) there is an additional sleeping facility in a 10m2 room with a window viewing the courtyard. It is furnished with a single bed (80 wide), a chest of drawers with a lamp and a kitchenette with two electric burners, a small fridge, a small washbasin and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower with a curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and toilet. Heating & water heater is electric.
