This recently renovated and conveniently located apartment is on the 1st floor of a well-maintained building from the middle of the 16th century, having a security system.
This 70m2 apartment can accommodate 4 persons.
The entry hall leads to the big living room then the Kitchen and on the other side, the bedroom and the bathroom.
The living room has two windows, which faces a garden with beautiful trees. There is a fire place, a double sofa bed, a wooden chest, a TV, a phone and a hi-fi stereo. There is also a dining table with six chairs, few decorative objects, furniture such as lamps, pictures all over the room and a big cupboard.
The bedroom has 2 single bed (put together, may be separated), a wooden chest and bedside tables, a lovely cupboard, a window which face the rue Rollin, a walking street, quiet, cars are not allowed in this street.
The separate kitchen is equipped with electric burners, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, and cupboards which contain cooking utensils.
