Apartment description
- This 200m2 apartment is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained Hotel Particulier dating back to the 1800's. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. There is also an alarm system in the apartment and a concierge. The walls are mostly covered by tissues, there are high ceilings with moldings and woodened and carpeted floors.
The apartment faces both the small street (sort of alley) and an inner and private courtyard. It is south exposed and very calm. There are shutters everywhere in the apartment.
- The apartment is divided as follows: when you enter it is a long entry hall opening on its right hand-side onto a 40m2 living room opening itself onto a 20m2 dining room. The living room has an access to the 20m2 master bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom. Facing the entry hall is a large and separate eat-in kitchen. On the left hand-side of the entry hall is a carpeted corridor with on its first right hand-side stairs with an access to a 10m2 room used as a TV room.
